We guide couples through the confusing web of vendor selection, budgeting, design and wedding day logistics. After your free consultation, we get to work finding the perfect vendors for you and offer design and entertainment ideas that reflect your personality, history and style. The Essentials Planning Package

Planning Phase

  • Two hour initial consultation to discuss wedding and reception ideas and offer suggestions on the initial steps to take regarding wedding style, budget and color schemes
  • Create and implement wedding budget
  • Vendor recommendations to help narrow down your selections
  • Review wedding contracts and offer suggestions on any necessary changes
  • Unlimited assistance via e-mail and/or phone regarding etiquette or general questions
  • Monthly task checklist to keep you on target
  • One hour meeting two weeks prior to wedding to discuss the final details of the wedding day
  • Checklist of who is responsible for taking home gifts, cake topper, bridal portrait and keepsakes
  • Vendor confirmations one week prior (by phone or in person) to ensure all parties are in sync
  • Create dayof wedding timelines and distribute to vendors and wedding party via e-mail (addresses provided by client)
  • Customized PartyCAD drawing to help layout your ceremony and/or reception

Rehearsal and Wedding Day Implementation

  • Consultant’s assistance at the rehearsal, directing the flow of the ceremony
  • Access to wedding day emergency kit (black socks, super glue, hair spray, bobby pins, etc)
  • Instructions on family’s and bridal party’s responsibilities
  • Onsite three to four hours prior for decorating ceremonyand/or reception site, ensuring personal items are in properplace
  • Oversee final details, dressing and flower distribution
  • Guidance at ceremonyto ensure proper flow
  • Greet guests at the reception and offer any necessary directions
  • Bustle wedding gown
  • Manage reception timeline, ensure smooth transitions and intercept any issues that may arise
  • Ensure wedding gifts get loaded into appropriatevehicle
  • Coordinate with the wedding party designees responsible for putting all personal items and keepsakes into appropriate vehicle
  • Package anniversary cake for transport by the responsible party to freeze
  • Ensure exit favors get distributed
  • Distribute day of payments to vendors
  • Oversee vendor cleanup
  • Consultant and one assistant onsite on wedding day until end of the reception

 

Elite Planning Package

Planning Phase

  • Create and implement wedding budget
  • Help with invitation wording and proofing
  • Assistance with venue rental, including arranging facility tours and booking
  • Complete vendor coordination with all of your wedding day vendors
  • Reserving hotel room blocks
  • Vendor recommendations to help narrow down your selections
  • Review wedding contracts and offer suggestions on any necessary changes
  • Unlimited assistance via e-mail and/or phone regarding etiquette or general questions
  • Monthly task checklist to keep you on target
  • One hour meeting two weeks prior to wedding to discuss the final details of the wedding day
  • Checklist of who is responsible for taking home gifts, cake topper, bridal portrait and keepsakes
  • Vendor confirmations one week prior (by phone or in person) to ensure all parties are in sync
